"Last night, I had a dream about anger. In my dream, I sat in my car, stuck in traffic. The same red light for one hour. The same song on the radio. Again and again. A man behind me pressed his horn. Beep! Beep! Beep! "Stop it!" I shouted. But he kept pressing. Something inside me snapped. Like a rubber band stretched too far. I got out of my car and kicked his door. "I said STOP!" But my voice did not sound like my voice. It was deeper. Louder. Scarier. People on the street stopped and stared. I did not care. "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?" I screamed at them. They all looked down and walked away fast. Then I saw red. Not just in my mind. The whole world turned red. The sky. The buildings. The faces of the people. Everything burned with red light. My anger was like fire. Real fire. It came out of my hands. Flames danced on my fingers. "NO!" I shouted. But I could not stop it. The fire spread. Cars melted. Trees turned black. The heat pushed people away. They ran screaming. I wanted to help. But every step I took, fire followed. Finally, I stood alone in the middle of a burning street. Everything around me was ash. Nothing moved. Nothing lived. Just me. And my anger. I fell to my knees. "Why?" I cried. "Why can't I control it?" But the fire did not answer. It just kept burning. Then I woke up. My hands were empty. No fire. No red light. Just my quiet room. But my heart was still beating fast. My jaw was tight. I took deep breaths. In. Out. In. Out. The dream scared me. Not because of the fire. But because the anger felt real. That morning, I decided something. Next time I feel angry, I will stop. I will breathe. I will not let the fire win."

Spiritual Analysis
Core Theme

"This dream reveals anger as a powerful inner fire that, when ignored or suppressed, can consume your perception and relationships. The repeated red light and same song suggest a stuck life pattern demanding conscious attention. Your waking resolve to breathe shows the dream's spiritual invitation to master your energy rather than let it master you."

Guidance

Honor your anger as a signal, not a master; pause, breathe deeply, and name what you truly need beneath the heat.
