"I dreamed I climbed a narrow staircase to the attic. The room was dark and full of old boxes. I saw an old chair moving by itself. On the floor, I found a small wooden box with my name on it. Inside was a photo of the attic. I was in the photo, but I was wearing clothes I had never owned. Behind me stood a tall dark figure. I turned around, but no one was there. Then I saw wet footprints leading to the wall. There was no door or window there. I heard three knocks from inside the wall. The chair suddenly stopped moving. Then I woke up."

Core Theme

"This dream reflects a descent into the attic of your unconscious, where repressed childhood memories and forbidden desires are stored. The fear signals that defense mechanisms are trying to protect you from a truth that feels threatening, while wet footprints and three knocks suggest something hidden is leaking through and demanding acknowledgment. The moving chair and dark figure point to autonomous shadow material that may originate in early authority relationships."
