Endless Stairway Leads to Familiar Home Meaning & Interpretation

"I was standing at the bottom of a long staircase. I did not know where the stairs led, but I decided to go up. I walked up slowly. After a while, I reached the top, but there was another staircase waiting for me. I started climbing again. The stairs seemed to go on forever. I looked back, but I could not see the bottom anymore. I kept walking until I reached another floor. There were three doors, but I did not know which one to open. I chose one door and found another staircase behind it. I became very confused and wondered why there were so many stairs. I continued going up until I became tired. Then I saw a small window at the top. I looked outside and saw the street where I lived. I was surprised because I could not understand how I had reached my home from the stairs. Then I woke up, still confused about where the staircase had taken me."
