Trapped Shrinking Stone Room Meaning & Interpretation

"I stood in the middle of a tiny room with solid stone walls and no windows. I ran to the heavy wooden door and pulled hard on the iron handle. The door was locked tight and did not move at all. I banged my fists against the thick wood, but no sound came from the other side. The walls slowly started to move inward, making the small space even smaller. My chest felt tight, and my breathing grew fast and shallow. I pressed my back against the stone, completely trapped with nowhere left to go. Panic filled my whole body as the room closed in on me."
