The wedding Where you Missed the Important Part

"I was at a wedding, but I didn't know whose it was. Everyone kept telling me to hurry, so I assumed it was mine. I was wearing a dress that didn't fit right, and one of the sleeves kept slipping down. The venue looked like a church at first, then somehow became my old school gym. People I haven't seen in years were sitting in the chairs, whispering and taking pictures. I kept looking for the person I was supposed to marry, but nobody could tell me his name. Someone handed me a bouquet made of pencils. I carried it anyway because there wasn't time to find anything else. Then the music started, except it was the sound of a phone ringing over and over. I walked down the aisle and saw my partner waiting at the front. His face kept changing whenever I looked away. I recognized him for a second, then he was a stranger again. The officiant asked if I was ready. I said I needed to think, and suddenly everyone stood up and started leaving. The room was empty except for me and a little boy sweeping confetti off the floor. He looked at me and said, “You missed the important part.” I woke up before I could ask what he meant."
