Water leaking Through the ceiling and the shallow River

"I was sitting in my living room when water started leaking through the ceiling. Not dripping, but pouring, like someone had turned on a shower upstairs. I ran to get towels, but every closet was full of wet clothes. The water spread across the floor and carried the furniture toward the hallway. My dog was sitting on the couch, completely dry, watching everything happen. I kept telling him to jump down, but he wouldn't move. Then I was suddenly outside, standing in a shallow river that ran through my street. People were walking past with umbrellas, even though the rain had stopped. I was looking for my phone, which I somehow knew was at the bottom. When I bent down, the water became clear. I could see my living room underneath it, with the television still on. Someone was sitting on the couch, but whenever I looked closer, the room was empty. I woke up before I found the phone. My hands felt cold, like I'd really been reaching through the water."
