"I dreamed I was at a family dinner, but I don't remember what we were eating or whose house it was. Everyone was talking over each other like usual, and then someone said something that set me off—I can't even remember what it was now, but I remember feeling like they were wrong and nobody was listening. I started arguing with my sibling, though it might've been my cousin in the dream. We kept talking over each other, and at some point I slammed my hand on the table, which I never do. I remember feeling more frustrated than angry, like I was trying to make a point but nobody was listening. Then I was in another room, still upset, and someone came in and asked if I was okay. I said yes even though I wasn't. I woke up before we made up, still feeling that tight, irritated feeling in my chest."
