"I was getting ready for work when I noticed something moving on my arm. At first I thought it was a loose thread, but then a tiny white worm came out of my skin. I tried to pull it away, and another one appeared near my wrist. I started rubbing my arms, but that only seemed to make more come out. I felt sick and kept calling for someone, though I was alone in the house. Then I saw worms coming out of my legs too, slipping onto the bathroom floor. I couldn't understand how they were inside me. I ran to the mirror, but my face looked completely normal, which somehow made it even worse. Suddenly I was sitting at my childhood kitchen table, trying to eat breakfast while worms crawled out of my fingers. I pushed the plate away and started crying. When I woke up, I checked my arms before I even got out of bed."
