The octopus Ballet and the Self-Driving car

"I was snorkelling in a long, deep body of water with friends I didn’t know in real life. I felt comfortable, if a little bored, because I couldn’t see the bottom. Then I spotted an octopus near the surface, and then a second one hiding behind it. Ahead of me was a whole mass of them, packed together and moving in beautiful, flowing patterns. Wow! Suddenly I was on a balcony in a large building, looking down at more octopuses drifting through the air. A much bigger squid, maybe a giant squid, moved among them, and I felt a flash of fear. Then the building became a concert, and the balcony was the stage. I worried I had lost my shoes, climbed up, and found them waiting. I put them on and dropped off the edge onto a surface so soft that the fall was comfortable. Next I was in a European town square, wondering if I had a mask to go into a shop. Then I was driving, staring at my face in the mirror to check the mask instead of watching the road. It was distressing, until I found I could just point at a spot ahead and the car would drive me there safely. When I woke up, the dream was still vivid, and I felt amazed and calm, with a lingering sense of wonder from the octopuses."
