Before you become a Dreampal member, we'd like you to review and accept the following membership conditions. This is to ensure that all our members have a clear understanding of how Dreampal should be used.

Dreampal Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and Dreampal.com ("Dreampal") that you agree to be bound to by upon becoming an Dreampal member. Please read them carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not register as a member. The terms are subject to change by Dreampal at any time. Please note that Dreampal reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.

Dreampal operates as a service for adults only, to become a member you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old.

As an adult, you are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other Dreampal members. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

(*) You will not use Dreampal to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs).
(*) You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.
(*) All information contained in e-mails should be treated as confidential. This information cannot be forwarded without the previous consent of the original sender of the message.
(*) Dreampal reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, Dreampal may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended.
(*) Members will not use Dreampal anonymous mail to send junk mail.
(*) Members will not include identifying information such as their real name, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL in their Profile.

Dreampal is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the service. This agreement outlines behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but Dreampal is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement. Dreampal does not review the content of private e-mail messages and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.

All material & information in Dreampal is copyright and may not be used in whole or part without the permission of the Dreampal proprietor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will Dreampal be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Dreampal service. In addition, Dreampal disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
