At DreamPal, we believe your subconscious mind is your most private space. This policy outlines how we protect your data while providing AI-driven insights.
Free users' dreams are not stored permanently — only the current daily interpretation is cached for your session. For members, we store your email address to sync your Dream Journal across devices. We also log IP addresses to manage service limits and prevent automated spam.
Your dream descriptions are processed by our AI to generate meanings. This processing is ephemeral; our AI partners do not use your personal dreams to train public models in any way that identifies you.
DreamPal uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers. Your payment information (for Paid Members) is handled entirely by our secure payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your credit card numbers.
We use LocalStorage to keep track of your "Free Interpretation" count as a visitor. This allows you to use the service without immediate registration. If you use Safari, please make sure cookie blocking is turned off so Dreampal can work properly. Your data stays with us — and we never share it.
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you wish to disappear from our records, simply use the "Delete Account" button in your settings, which will permanently wipe your email and dream history from our servers.
