Rainy Night with a Black Cat & Office Tensions Meaning & Interpretation

"Skinny black cat climbs my balcony while its raining outside. We (me and my fiancée) see the cat climbing and go to the backyard to see where the cat has gone. My coworker is there and we find the cat and want to return it to its owner. A loose deer comes and is scared when we approach it. It slides across mud while running around the patio. I'm entering an office with an interview with two other people interviewing for different positions from mine. My interviewer comes in and he's grading the other two guys on the way up the office without testing them. I'm at work during Christmas and two women are courting me. The more popular pretty brunette one asks why I dont call her back while the other one is silently jealous."
