The plane That never Let Me leave

"I dreamed I was on a plane, but I never remembered boarding it. I was in a window seat with no bag, no ticket, nothing, and everyone around me seemed to know where we were going except me. The flight attendant handed me a little cup of orange juice and called me by a name that wasn't mine. We took off, and it felt amazing—like my stomach dropped but in a good way. Then we landed almost immediately at an airport that looked like a mall. Before I could get off, the plane took off again. This happened a few times, and each landing was somewhere different: a beach, a snowy parking lot, my old elementary school. At some point I was standing outside watching the plane circle overhead. I knew someone I cared about was on it, but I couldn't remember who. I woke up right as it tilted toward the clouds, still feeling that weird mix of excitement and like I'd missed something important."
