Swimming through Carpet to a locked Cooler

"I was swimming in the ocean but the water felt exactly like my living room carpet. Like, wet wool. I wasn't scared of drowning, just super focused on reaching this floating Yeti cooler. I knew if I didn't get to it, my mom would be mad about the ice melting. I did this really slow, exhausting breaststroke. Every time I kicked, the water made a loud squelching noise. Suddenly I'm just walking on the beach, but the sand is made of millions of tiny green peas. The cooler is sitting on a towel, but it's locked and the key is inside a seagull's beak. The seagull just stares at me with my dentist's eyes. I felt this weird, heavy contentment, like I didn't even need the cooler anyway. Woke up feeling totally relaxed but my legs were hopelessly tangled in the duvet."
