"I had a frightening dream about drowning. I was swimming in a large lake at night. The water was cold and very dark. I could not see the shore, and there were no lights anywhere. I tried to swim back, but the water seemed to pull me farther away. My arms became tired, and my legs felt heavy. I called for help, but no one answered. I took a deep breath and tried to stay above the water. Suddenly, a strong current pulled me down. I sank deeper and saw the small light from the surface becoming weaker. I tried to swim upward, but I could not move fast enough. Water filled my ears, and my chest began to hurt. I reached for the light, but it moved farther away. Just before I lost all hope, I woke up suddenly, breathing hard and feeling terrified."
