Spiritual rebirth and shedding Old skin

"I was in my childhood bathroom, standing in front of the mirror, but I looked much younger than I do now. My hair was wet and there were little bits of leaves stuck to my face. I remember thinking I had been outside for a long time, even though I couldn't remember going out. When I looked down, the skin on my arms was peeling off in thin, clear layers. It didn't hurt. Underneath, my arms looked brighter somehow, like they belonged to someone healthier than me. I was scared for a minute, then mostly curious. I tried calling for my mom, but my voice sounded wrong. Not bad, just different. I went into the hallway and the house had turned into this huge greenhouse. Plants were growing through the floorboards and there was sunlight everywhere, even though it had been nighttime. A woman I didn't know handed me a coat and said I couldn't wear my old clothes anymore. I asked why, but she was already walking away. Then I was outside, barefoot in a field. There were a bunch of people standing in a circle, but I couldn't see their faces. Someone gave me a small mirror. When I looked in it, I still looked like myself, only older and calmer. I woke up feeling like I had forgotten something important, but not in a bad way."
